  1. Purchase of Products

 

1.Price and Availability

  The price and availability of the goods is shown on the relevant page detailing the goods.

 

2.Orders

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  3. The presence of a pricing or product description error.

In these instances you should contact us for further clarity. 

 

3.Payment (Payment Security)

We accept payment by credit and debit card only and are using World Pay which is a well recognised payment service provider and they will be taking secure payments from you direct, we will not have access to your credit or debit card details.

World Pay are a large independent payment service provider (PSP) providing a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is World Pays utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

World Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the World Pay Payment systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

World Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

World Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
